Cancellation Policy

For the PMC Yellow Pages Website and Android Apps  |  Effective Date: May 18, 2026

PMC Yellow Pages provides digital business listing, promotional visibility, premium listing, business verification, photo upload, branding, and related online advertising services. By purchasing any paid service on our platform, the customer agrees to the following Cancellation Policy.

1. SERVICE NATURE: PMC Yellow Pages offers digital promotional and listing services including but not limited to:

  • Premium Business Listings
  • Featured Business Promotions
  • Verified & Trusted Badge Services
  • Business Description Publishing
  • Photo & Logo Upload Services
  • Priority Search Visibility
  • Advertisement & Promotional Placement
  • Business Contact Display Services
  • Customized Listing Support

As these are digital and promotional services, cancellation rules differ from physical product purchases.

2. CANCELLATION REQUEST ELIGIBILITY: Customers may request cancellation only if:

  • The listing/order has not yet been processed;
  • Verification work has not started;
  • Listing has not been activated or published;
  • No promotional or digital work has been initiated.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through official communication channels with complete order details.

3. NON-CANCELLABLE SERVICES: Once any of the following activities have been completed, cancellation shall not be permitted:

  • Business listing activation
  • Profile publication on the website
  • Photo/logo upload completion
  • Business description publishing
  • Verified & Trusted badge activation
  • Search visibility enhancement
  • Featured or premium placement activation
  • Manual verification process initiation
  • Promotional campaign activation
  • Custom digital content preparation

These services involve immediate digital processing and resource allocation.

4. TIME LIMITATION FOR CANCELLATION: Cancellation requests should preferably be made within 24 hours of payment and before service activation. PMC Yellow Pages reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests depending upon the processing stage of the order.

5. INCORRECT INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY CUSTOMER: Customers are solely responsible for providing correct business details, contact information, business category, images/logos, and supporting documents. Cancellation or refund shall not be granted due to delays or rejection caused by incomplete, false, misleading, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. DUPLICATE ORDERS: In case of accidental duplicate payment or duplicate order placement, customers must inform the company immediately with transaction details for verification. After successful verification, eligible adjustments or refunds may be processed at the company's discretion.

7. RIGHTS RESERVED BY PMC YELLOW PAGES: PMC Yellow Pages reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or remove any listing violating applicable laws or company policies;
  • Reject offensive, misleading, illegal, or inappropriate content;
  • Modify listing formats for platform consistency;
  • Suspend services in case of policy violations or misuse.

Such actions may not qualify for cancellation or refund.
