This Refund Policy governs payments made towards digital listing, promotional, advertising, and business visibility services offered by PMC Yellow Pages.

1. GENERAL REFUND TERMS: PMC Yellow Pages primarily provides digital and promotional services. Refunds are therefore limited and subject to service status, processing stage, and management approval. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. ELIGIBLE REFUND SITUATIONS: Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by customer;
  • Payment deducted but order not created;
  • Service could not be activated due to technical issues solely attributable to PMC Yellow Pages;
  • Customer cancellation approved before service activation or processing.

Approved refunds shall generally be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES: The following payments are strictly non-refundable once processing or activation has started:

  • Premium listing charges
  • Featured listing fees
  • Verified & Trusted badge fees
  • Promotional visibility charges
  • Advertisement placement fees
  • Photo/logo upload services
  • Business description/content publishing charges
  • Search ranking enhancement services
  • Manual verification charges
  • Customized digital service charges
  • Consultation or setup fees
  • Payment gateway convenience charges

Digital promotional services become non-refundable after execution or publication.

4. NO REFUND FOR CUSTOMER-RELATED ISSUES: Refunds shall not be granted for:

  • Incorrect information submitted by customer;
  • Delay in customer response or document submission;
  • Customer dissatisfaction after successful activation;
  • Lack of business inquiries, leads, or sales;
  • Temporary internet, server, browser, or device-related issues;
  • Suspension caused by policy violations.

PMC Yellow Pages does not guarantee specific business growth, customer leads, or revenue outcomes.

5. CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTES: Customers are requested to contact PMC Yellow Pages before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback through banks or payment gateways. Fraudulent chargebacks after successful service delivery may result in suspension of services and legal recovery actions where applicable.

6. REFUND PROCESSING TIME: If a refund is approved:

  • Processing time may take 7–10 working days;
  • Time may vary depending upon banking partners or payment gateways;
  • Refunds will normally be credited to the original payment source.

7. MODIFICATION OF POLICY: PMC Yellow Pages reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
